Organization
The Hoh River Trust is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation formed in February 2004 by Western Rivers Conservancy and the Wild Salmon Center to own and actively steward land that was being acquired by Western Rivers Conservancy along the Hoh River on Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula. The Trust currently owns just under 5,000 acres of river land between the Olympic National Park boundary and the Pacific Ocean.
Staff & Board
The Hoh River Trust staff includes an Executive Director, a Land Management Director, and a part time Land Steward. This staff of effective professionals has years of experience in organizational management and development, habitat restoration, forestry, fisheries, and project management. Our Board of Directors is made up of prominent regional business people, academics, conservationists, resource managers, and leaders from the local community.
